Aston Cross Business Village (ACBV) comprises nine separate buildings which provide in excess of 175,000sq ft of office space. The buildings are set within and around a circular access road and each has its own dedicated parking area.

The working environment is enhanced by the site’s location adjacent to the Birmingham and Fazeley canal and the site includes a water feature incorporating a canal lock gate.

Current occupiers include Birmingham City Council, the National Health Service, Barclays Bank and a Dialysis Centre operated by Fresenius Medical Care.
